WHAT TO EXPECT

• Files will be transcribed manually
• Research will be done on your files according to the topic.
• Spell checks and grammar checks are also done.
• Timestamp is included to indicate where I don't hear a word and to make it easier for you to find it if needed. [02:45 inaudible]
• I listen the files more than once to ensure the highest level of accuracy. Proofreading is a must.
• Speakers will be labeled once it's more than one speaker. One speaker will be formatted with paragraphs.
